Dawn Iler (they/them) is a Canadian-born massage therapist and analogue photographer. Their appreciation for the complexities of the human body has expanded by degrees in massage therapy as well as women’s, gender, sexuality studies. By creating a comfortable and empowering environment for all bodies, in which the subject can transcend their own perceived limitations, Dawn honors the strength, vulnerability, and beauty of their subjects. Through this mission, Dawn’s art and bodywork becomes a tool for healing the therapist, the photographer, the subject, and the world at large.
